RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our beauty products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any QueenEyez products once they have shipped. This includes but is not limited to: lash serums, brow serums, shampoos, oils, or any cosmetic/beauty formulations.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at queeneyez@exaltedbg.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will gladly replace any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect at our discretion.
We reserve the right to deny any replacement requests that fall outside the conditions of this policy.
